This is one of the great live music events in Raleigh, NC. Every year for almost two decades now, Kings holds what has now become a 4-day event in which local musicians "become" more well-known acts (or their favorite cult-following band). This year's line-up was pretty amazing.
I only missed Night 2, during which "Red Hot Chili Peppers", "Nirvana", "Grateful Dead" appeared, among others. Photos of Night 1 are below, and a video playlist of some of the acts can be found here. See the next two posts for photos from Nights 3 & 4.
